• Subscription-based digital services
• One-time services
• Future offerings such as automated content and CRM tools

All services are digital in nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Payments

• Payment for landing page services is billed yearly.
• Other products (ads management, automation tools, CRM access) may be billed monthly, half-yearly, or yearly depending on the plan.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• We do not store any payment information.

4. Refund Policy

There are no refunds once service begins.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that service work may start immediately.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Services remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Service Delivery

• Digital services begin within 3 business days after payment.
• All deliverables (landing pages, reports, access links, etc.) are delivered digitally.

7. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business details for campaign setup.
• Delays caused by missing information are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by ScaleUpLabs (content, code, templates, landing pages) remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

9. Limitation of Liability

ScaleUpLabs is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Ad performance fluctuations
• Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
